Virginia Farm Bureau strongly believes in the power of teamwork. This philosophy is put to work, not only in each individual department, but between departments as well.

We know that great ideas come from pooling together our most valuable resource--our employees! With this in mind, numerous interdepartmental teams have been created. Here are just a few:

	Marketing Team--Representatives from all departments in the insurance company meet quarterly to plan marketing strategies. Many successful marketing plans and advertising campaigns had their origin in this team's meetings.
	Pride Team--This team, composed of a diverse group of employees, coordinates the recognition and celebration of employees who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
	Employee Participation Team--This dynamic group plans and coordinates exciting employee activities such as picnics, parties, sports tournament and special community involvement projects.
