Use this check-sheet to conduct a safety inspection of your house and property. Simply review this check-sheet at least every six months and for any areas that you identify as a possible hazard area (areas checked NO on the check-sheet), take immediate steps to reduce or eliminate those hazard areas. Make this a "fun" family project and it will help to raise the safety awareness of the entire family!
