How to view your current policies

When you log in to your vafb.com account, you will begin on the Account screen. This screen will list your linked insurance policies and membership information.

By linking your policies to your vafb.com account, you will be able to make payments, access policy documents, and file auto claims online.

I am missing insurance policies

Most policyholders will see all their Virginia Farm Bureau policies automatically added to their vafb.com account, but sometimes that isn't possible.

This is usually due to:

  • Membership details and policy details that are slightly different. (ex. a business policy with a different mailing address)
  • Recent policy changes. Please allow up to 24 hours before trying to add a new policy.
  • An insurance or financial product from another company, you will need to use their customer portal to access those account details. Third-party or brokerage products cannot be added to your vafb.com account.

How to add missing policies to your vafb.com

Members with insurance policies

If you do not see your policies listed, use the Add A Policy button at the bottom of your policy list to link missing Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance policies to your account. You will need your policy number and policy ZIP code.

Members without insurance policies

If you do not have any Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance policies, you are always welcome to reach out to a local agent or get a quote online.

Where to find your policy number

Your policy number and policy ZIP code can be found on most insurance correspondence, or by contacting your local office during normal business hours.
