How to change or update your profile on vafb.com
All users with a registered vafb.com account can change or update profile information by logging into their vafb.com account.
Once logged in, select the Profile tab.
Available profile changes
You may update profile details by selecting Edit next to the profile item.
- Membership address – Change mailing address for your membership and/or insurance policies
- Email – Change email address related to your account
- Phone – Change mobile, home, or work phone numbers related to your account
- User ID – Change the account user ID you use to log in to your vafb.com account
- Password – Change your account password you use to log in to your vafb.com account
- Interests (Associate Members) – Select from a variety of your Virginia agricultural interests
- Operation Details (Producer Members) – Select from a variety of Commodities and share details about your agricultural operation.
Additional profile changes
- Change Name – You may change your name by requesting a policy change. On the Account tab, select Policy Actions > Manage Policy to manage your policy details.
