A vafb.com account is the easiest way to manage your membership and insurance policies.

Register your account

You will need your member number to complete the registration process. Your member number can be found on your membership card. Policyholders can also find their membership number of most insurance correspondence.

Visit the registration page and complete the registration form to set up your account.

I can't register for my online account.

If you receive an error when registering your account, please contact us using our secure contact form or contact your local office for assistance.

I need to restore access to my account (forgot password or user ID).

If you receive an error when attempting to log in to your account, you can attempt to restore account access.

  1. Attempt to recover your account information by using the forgot password and/or forgot User ID
  2. If you cannot gain access to your account through the password or user ID recovery process, you can use our secure contact form or contact your local office during normal business hours to restore access to your account.
